Our UX audits include a detailed review of your digital experience to uncover usability issues and opportunities for improvement. 

This project will include:

1. 1hr onboarding session to discuss existing pain points & project goals
2. In-depth expert review based on past UX research and best practices in usability and design.
3. Testing on multiple devices to ensure widespread accessibility
4. Final report: extensive deck covering uncovered issues and detailed recommendations
5. A prioritized list of fixes and improvements, ranging from quick wins to strategic changes, using estimates on impact and effort levels
6. 2hr review session to go over findings and recommendations, including pre-read of deck at least 48 hours before meeting
7. One final round of reviews to the deck and/or prioritization list based on feedback during review session
