Rosé Fatigue? Try Chiaretto
For those who, like me, are quickly tiring of #roseallday, #brose, and all-pink-all-the-time Insta feeds, Italy’s Chiaretto may be just the ticket. Made (mostly) from indigenous grape Corvina, the consortium’s recent shift to focus on terroir and laser-like minerality is changing what the world can expect from Italian rose.
